Recipe Highlight: Soothing Aloe & Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup aloe vera gel (soothing and hydrating)
  • 1/2 cucumber (cooling and hydrating)
  • 1/4 avocado (provides moisturizing fats)
  • 1/2 apple (adds fiber and natural sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (rich in omega-3 fatty acids)
  • 1 cup coconut water (hydrating and refreshing)
  • Optional: 1-2 pitted dates for natural sweetness

Instructions:
