Life is an intriguing, unprecedented journey that we all travel as we go about our daily lives. On one side, it can be full of those joyful moments when you were at your best and will linger forever in your mind. The other side sees us at the lowest ebb of your life when it seems as if nothing is working as you planned.

We all want the best out of life, but sometimes it can be tough to be optimistic about life. You are not alone in this, as I often feel the same way.

But then, I have learned to show up as my best self. I must have an optimistic view of life nowadays. Today I figured I should share a few mindful tips that I purposefully stick to daily to help me maintain a balanced and joyful approach as I journey through life.

Maintain A Healthy, Balanced Approach to Life

The number one thing to remember is that “acid thought produces acid in the blood.” The top goal I set for myself every day is approaching life in a healthy, balanced manner. This means I mentally set out to meet the rigors and challenges of life by working on my attitude in the four essential aspects of a significant mental state:

1. A well-balanced emotional disposition,
2. Self-discipline,
3. Respect,
4. And a Good spiritual State.

Taking on life with a healthy mindset has a corresponding effect on my inner peace with whatever life throws at me, as I am emotionally balanced to face them with a head-on attitude.

Shut Out Negative Thoughts

When you surround yourself with negative thoughts, you feel less confident in your abilities. These negative thoughts could come from the outside in the form of abusive comments from social networks, the environment, television, or even our peers.

To overcome these negative vibes around you, you will have to make a conscious effort to protect the invasion of your personal space. It will not be easy to do, sometimes taking years to get the strength. I think it’s wise to have suitable systems and strategies to assist you when negative thoughts arise so you take on life challenges in the best version of yourself.

Powerful Word Mantras

One way I discovered to help me come out in the best version of myself daily is to use the word mantras or pray repeatedly. Word mantras that combat negative thoughts are beneficial when you feel overly consumed by those negative thoughts about your abilities.

Whenever I feel evasive thoughts popping up in my head, I always say:

“SWORD AND SHIELD UP.”
“BLOOD ALL OVER IT.”
“I PUT THAT SITUATION/THOUGHT IN THE HANDS OF GOD INFINITE LOVE AND WISDOM.”
